Excellent Stay Near Basilica
clean room helpful staff excellent breakfast convenient location
The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I found the free coffee, water, and mini-bar a nice bonus. The hotel's location near Roma Termini made travel simple. Staff were helpful with questions.
The hotel entrance was not immediately obvious because the signage could be better.

superb boutique stay
convenient location friendly staff easy access
the location was convenient. i was close to santa maria maggiore church, the coliseum and the forum. the staff was friendly.
The signage outside could be improved. I found it a bit confusing initially, as the building houses other units besides the hotel.

The hotel is near the termini station and the metro. this makes travel easy. a beautiful basilica is right next door. It was wonderful going to mass there.

Acceptable Stay with Some Drawbacks
inadequate room size awkward layout
The location was acceptable, providing easy access to the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore.
The room size was inadequate. I booked a Double or Twin Room and found it cramped, with a layout that felt awkward. The lack of natural light. French doors opened onto a dismal internal courtyard. I also noted sound issues. Noise from an adjacent room disrupted my sleep on several occasions.

amazing stay!
helpful staff decent air conditioning fabulous breakfast buffet wide selection
I loved the staff. Everyone was helpful and fun to talk to. this. the hotel boasts decent air conditioning. there's a lift which is super convenient. i was thrilled with the fabulous breakfast buffet with a wide selection of delicious food and beverages.
the signage outside the front could definitely be better since the building houses more than just the hotel. finding the reception on the fourth floor was a tiny bit confusing.

my room felt very modern and clean. i stayed in a lovely room with character and had great views. the room included comfortable beds with memory foam pillows (yay!).

inadequate signage poor room layout
breakfast had a good selection of choices. it included an elevator for luggage transport.
signage outside was inadequate. locating the hotel was difficult. the room layout was poor. i found the bed too firm making sleep difficult.
